2020 Guangzhou International Convention and Exhibition

From December 17th to 19th, 2020, the three-day 27th Guangzhou International Hotel Supplies Exhibition was grandly held in Guangzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center.[XINJIAYUAN Refractories] I will definitely not miss this exhibition. The exhibition is a very important learning opportunity for all walks of life.We also went to study for two days.

Entering the exhibition, we [XINJIAYUAN Refractories] were divided into two groups. Manager Li took our two colleagues into Zone A for exchanges and learning, and the rest entered Zone B.The theme and style of the exhibits in this exhibition are very unified, with a clear primary and secondary, which can maximize the theme of the exhibits---the kitchenware exhibition.

Our company mainly exhibited refractory insulation materials from China (Foshan). We need to introduce the characteristics of the company's core products. The kitchenware exhibition is closely related to our [Shengyuan Refractories].At this exhibition, we also met many old friends and customers in the kitchenware industry, such as our Huang Wei kitchenware, Wanbao kitchenware and so on.

Our manager Li and the person in charge of Huang Wei kitchenware met at the exhibition, and both of them had a very happy conversation and were very confident in our cooperation and future development.Because our products are of guaranteed quality, customers can use them with peace of mind.

[XINJIAYUAN Refractories] products are mainly divided into seven categories: refractory bricks, high alumina bricks, insulation bricks, refractory cement, refractory castables, insulation cotton and refractories.For the kitchenware industry, our products are in strong demand in all parts, and there are a lot of them.What the refractory brick kitchenware factory needs is the quality of high temperature and fire resistance, because it is suitable for high temperature refining in high temperature furnaces, hot furnaces, rotary kilns and other parts.Therefore, the product must be resistant to high temperature and fire and not easy to crack and damage after refining and long-term use.

When meeting some new friends, Manager Li did not hesitate to teach some about how to properly use refractory materials in kitchenware factories.As the saying goes: Teaching them to fish is worse than teaching them to fish. This is how Manager Li patiently told customers what refractory materials and high temperatures should be used in various parts of the kitchen fireplace.

The kitchen kiln is roughly divided into furnace, furnace wall, furnace top, furnace door, furnace mouth, etc.For the temperature and strength, the furnace and the furnace roof require the highest temperature. The temperature of these two parts can reach 1500℃, and the strength requirement must reach 30MPA. The refractory materials with the highest temperature resistance and strength such as clay and high alumina refractories are required. Bricks also have thermal insulation bricks.For the furnace mouth and the furnace door, their temperature is not as high as the furnace hearth. It only needs to add some insulation products and refractory aggregates for production.As the saying goes: "There is a sequence to hear the truth, and there is a specialization in the surgery industry."
