Scope of application

1. This product can be used in the construction of acid-resistant equipment in the chemical, petroleum, metallurgical, machinery, paper, textile and other industries, in the acid-corroded equipment foundation, acid storage tank, pickling tank workshop floor, trench and gaseous In the construction of corroded chimney lining, it can be used to prepare acid-resistant mud for building acid-resistant bricks, etc.; it can be mixed with acid-resistant coarse aggregate (pebbles), acid-resistant fine aggregate (sand), etc. to prepare acid-resistant concrete.

2. This product is not suitable for projects that are corroded by hydroxide acid, fluorosilicic acid, hot phosphoric acid above 300℃, high fatty acid, oleic acid and palmitic acid, and alkali or alkaline salts.

The correct use of acid-resistant cement

1. When using acid-resistant cement, water glass can be added.

1. It must be blended with a water glass solution with a specific gravity of 1.38 to 1.45 and a modulus of 2.6 to 2.8 (water blending is strictly prohibited).The dosage is generally between 38% and 45% of the solid materials.

2. When adding water glass, mix it with acid-resistant cement thoroughly; sieve it twice.

When using, put the mixed product in the container first, then add the water glass solution, and stir it evenly and quickly; generally, it is better to mix less than 100kg each time, and the finished product needs to be 40% each time. Use up within minutes.The tools and containers used must not contain moisture and other impurities, and pay attention to the wrong seams when sticking acid-resistant silicon.

3. Metal equipment should be derusted and decontaminated before construction. The brick structure should be cleaned. The surface of the base of the brick masonry should be painted with asphalt.The surface of acid-resistant cement should be neutralized with acid, washed with water, and then heated and dried. Generally, the moisture content should be less than 4%.

4. The construction of acid-resistant cement should be carried out under the condition of 15~30℃, and measures must be taken during construction to be waterproof, rainproof, sun-proof and not affected by sudden temperature changes.And curing in the air for about 10-20 days (long winter time) during the curing period, avoid exposure to steam, water, etc., and not be exposed to the sun directly to prevent cracks. If there are cracks, repair them immediately.Do not construct in an environment below 10°C.

5. After curing and drying for 5-10 days and nights, acidification treatment should be carried out. The basic method is to paint the surface with 40% sulfuric acid every 4 hours. The crystals precipitated each time should be removed before the next painting until no crystals are precipitated. , It can be used after acid treatment.
