Ceramic fiber fire-blocking board is a high-strength fiber board made of ceramic fiber wool with specific refractory additives through a vacuum filtration molding process. This product has tough texture, high compressive strength, superior high temperature resistance and excellent supporting force. It can be used as an excellent refractory material for fire protection and heat insulation in the temperature range of industrial kilns.

Product use:
(1) Steel industry: expansion joints, backing insulation, insulation sheets and mold insulation;
(2) Non-ferrous metal industry: tundish and launder cover are mostly used for pouring copper or copper-containing alloys;
(3) Ceramic industry: lightweight kiln car structure and kiln hot surface lining, kiln temperature zone division and fire-stopping materials;
(4) Glass industry: melt pool backing insulation, burner block:
