The ceramic fiber fire baffle is a high-strength fiber board made of ceramic fiber cotton with specific refractory additives through a vacuum suction filtration molding process.This product has tough texture, high compressive strength, superior high temperature resistance and excellent supporting force, and can be used as an excellent refractory material for fire prevention and heat insulation in the temperature range of industrial kilns.
Product Features:
(1) Low heat capacity and low thermal conductivity;
(2) Non-brittle material, good toughness;
(3) Good wind erosion resistance and long service life;
(4) Excellent thermal stability and thermal shock resistance;
(5) Good sound absorption performance;
(6) Rigid, self-supporting plate;
(7) Good anti-stripping performance;
(8) Easy to shape or cut.
Product Usage:
(1) Iron and steel industry: expansion joints, backing heat insulation, heat insulation sheet and mold heat insulation;
(2) Non-ferrous metal industry: Tundish and launder cover are mostly used for pouring copper or copper-containing alloys;
(3) Ceramic industry: light-weight kiln car structure and hot surface lining of kiln, division of kiln temperature zones and fire-stop materials;
(4) Glass industry: the molten pool is backed with heat insulation, and the burner block:
(5) Kiln construction: hot surface refractory material (instead of blanket), heavy refractory material backing expansion joint;
