Class A non-combustible insulation material with small thermal conductivity double-sided fireproof aluminum foil rock wool board industry and mining rock wool board in stock
Rock wool board, also known as rock wool insulation decorative board, is an inorganic fiber board made of basalt as the main raw material and processed by high-temperature melting. Rock wool board is a new type of thermal insulation, flameproof and sound-absorbing material.
Things to note:
1. Pay attention to rain protection and do not construct on rainy days.
2. A moisture-proof layer must be added for cold insulation. When the temperature is particularly low, resin-free rock wool should be used for insulation, and the moisture-proof layer must also be fireproof.
3. When the temperature exceeds a certain temperature, such as 200°C, appropriate external protection must be added to the insulation so that the thickness and bulk density of the rock wool board will not change.
4. Regarding the thermal insulation of rock wool products for large-diameter and flat-wall equipment, when the temperature exceeds 200°C, be sure to remember the instructions of the rock wool board manufacturer: add insulation nails (the spacing is about 400mm) and the outer protection should be tight.
5. Equipment, insulation nails and pipes that need to be insulated can be appropriately coated to prevent corrosion. In addition, there should be no leaks. This can achieve better results.
6. If the finished rock wool board is susceptible to mechanical wear under outdoor thermal insulation conditions, it should be wrapped with metal or plastic, and then pay attention to the joints and sealing of the joints. If necessary, add glue seals, and the overlap of the wrapping layer should not be less than 100mm.
7. When the insulation object is placed at 90 degrees and has a certain height, the insulation layer of the rock wool board must have positioning pins or support rings, and the distance must not be greater than 3 meters to prevent the insulation material from sliding downward when there is vibration.
8. In order to achieve the goal of minimizing heat loss, the joints between rock wool boards and felt must be tightly connected. If there are multiple layers of insulation, the cross joints need to be intertwined to avoid forming thermal bridges. Cold bridges must be eliminated during cold insulation.
