High alumina powder

The addition of coal powder to the green sand for cast iron can prevent sand sticking defects on the surface of the castings, improve the surface finish of the castings, reduce sand inclusion defects, and improve the collapse function of the sand. For wet ductile iron parts, it can also prevent subcutaneous pores. A circular vortex burner can be used, and the air does not need to be preheated.

Physical characteristics:
(1) Particle characteristics Coal powder is composed of particles of different sizes and irregular shapes. Generally, the diameter of coal powder particles ranges from 0-1000um, mostly 20-50um particles;
(2) Density of pulverized coal The density of pulverized coal is relatively small, and the bulk density of freshly ground pulverized coal is about (0.45-0.5)t/m3, and the bulk density after storage for a period of time is (0.8-0.9)t/m3;
(3) Pulverized coal has fluidity. The pulverized coal particles are very fine, and the unit mass of pulverized coal has a large surface area, and the surface can absorb a large amount of air to make it fluid.This feature makes the pulverized coal easy to convey pneumatically. The disadvantage is that the pulverized coal is easy to flow by itself, and it is easy to leak when the equipment is not tight.
