Mullite sand 16~30 mesh

Mullite sand is an aluminosilicate refractory material, generally used in stainless steel precision casting process.The higher the aluminum content, the lower the iron content and the higher the dust content, the better the quality of mullite products.Mullite is made by sintering kaolin at high temperature.

Mullite has 8-16 mesh, 16-30 mesh, 30-60 mesh, 60-80 mesh and 80-120 mesh; mullite powder generally has 200 mesh, 300 mesh and so on.

Advantage:

Castings are easy to shell, not deform, not easy to scale, good smoothness and high yield.

Application of mullite sand:

(1) Aluminum industry.Used in industries such as national defense, aviation, automobiles, electrical appliances, chemicals, and daily necessities.

(2) Precision casting.Bauxite clinker is processed into fine powder and made into precision casting molds.It is suitable for military, aerospace, communications, instrumentation, machinery and medical equipment departments.

(5) Using magnesia and bauxite clinker as raw materials, adding an appropriate amount of binder, and pouring the overall cylinder lining, the effect is good.

(6) A variety of aluminum compounds can be prepared in the manufacture of bauxite cement, abrasives, ceramic industry and chemical industry.
