Heat-resistant cement mortar is made of refractory cement (aluminate cement), refractory mud, refractory sand, high alumina powder and other refractory powders, specially used for masonry refractory bricks, and heat-resistant cement for plastering kiln bodies mortar.
How to use: Mix the powder thoroughly before adding water, then add water directly and use it.The water added to the heat-resistant cement mortar should be tap water. It is not recommended to add river water. Sometimes the pH of the river water is too high to affect the setting of the cement mortar.The amount of water should not be too much. It is recommended that the amount of water be 7%-15% by weight, and then decide the amount of water according to the actual situation.
Heat-resistant cement mortar: 50KG/bag, 20 bags/ton.
Bricklaying consumption: about 10,000 standard bricks require 4 tons of mortar.
